Programme : NLC Pune Bar Council of India & AIR in collaboration with ALARC (Air Law Academy & Research Centre) and New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University successfully conducted the Professional Development Training Programme on Alternate Dispute Resolution System in Wake of DIG 4.0(DIG-Dimension, Industrial Revolution & Globalisation) on 7th March, 2020. Mr. Aruneshwar Gupta, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, Former Additional Advocate General of Rajasthan for Supreme Court, Author of Supreme Court on Arbitration and Contracts as a chief speaker of the programme addressed and enlightened the gathering as to how effective is the ADR and how the ADR if applied digitally is going to be a Private-Informal, Flexible Procedure within a scheduled time for settlement of any dispute in near future.
